Express Avenue Mall Chennai is one of the best shopping malls in Chennai. It is located near the Royapettah Clock Tower in Chennai. The Mall was conceptualised and designed by Mohit Gujral and was built at the cost of 750 crores on 8 acres of area. The mall has four floors of retail space including corporate offices and hotels. The Mall also has a 44 room four star boutique hotel ‘E Hotel’ which was built at the cost of Rs 300 million. The mall was inaugurated on 26 May 2010.
